What a find! A local father and son repair shop that was extremely transparent throughout my repair experience. I drove up and they were able to get right to work on my vehicle while I waited. The quality of work was so good that you can't even notice the original dent. The cost of repair was extremely reasonable. Good experience! I took my vehicle in to get a small ding repaired on my front quarter panel. They found a second ding nearby which I didn't notice. A couple weeks ago I went to UDR to get my fenders and tailgate painted and boy did they do an amazing job I had a big dent on the tailgate and they did PDR paint less dent removal and you can’t even tell there was a dent on it my fenders came out perfect they did some body work to get out the imperfections highly recommended UDR thank you Roy and Daniel for the awesome work can’t wait for my next project

Oh my goodness! This is BY FAR the best car repair experience I’ve ever had! First, a HUGE shout out to Matt Loredo of Loredo Paint & Body, Inc. (12066 Starcrest Dr Suite 500, San Antonio, TX 78247) for referring me to Universal Dent Repair (18819 FM-2252 Bldg 16, San Antonio TX 78266)! I am active duty Air Force and stopped in SA to see my mom on my way to Germany. I had two not-so-small door dings, one on each back door, and only had a week to work with before I shipped my car. Leroy “Roy” listened to my story and said, “ I can fix it right now, it will only take an hour or so.” Of course I jumped on the opportunity not caring about how much it was going to cost. And when he gave me his estimate of $250, I thought I heard him wrong, ha! 🤔 😂 Needless to say, I handed the keys over as fast as I could. What’s even more impressive is that Roy took the time to walk me over to his small air conditioned office, offered me to have a seat on the couch (very comfy) and gave me the remote to the TV to occupy my time while I waited. But wait, there’s more! On top of the flawless repair work and very hospitable accommodations while I waited, Roy gave me a military discount! I was shocked! My total bill to repair two dents was only $212! Roy Rodriguez sets a superior standard of what customer service should be. I wish more companies would follow his stellar example. The world would be a much better place!

We just got my wife's 4Runner back from Universal Dent Repair today for some dent and paint work we needed. They did a great job with the hail repair. The 4Runner looks just like new and you would have never known there was any hail damage before. They also touched up some other dings and scratches just like new. Lastly, we had them repaint the front bumper because of some previous damage prior to us buying the vehicle. The bumper and 4Runner look just like new even though it is a 2018. These guys came highly recommend as a referral and we are very happy with them and the work they provided. We would like to highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Professional, honest, and good at what they do which is very though to find these days.
